Biographical Information: Joseph Fan is President of Brighton Management, LLC, a privately held real estate company focusing on the development and management of hotel properties. The Diamond Bar, California based company manages and owns more than a dozen properties in the Golden State, with franchise branded hotels from InterContinental Hotel Group, Marriott International, Wyndham Hotel and Resorts, and the Starwood Hotel & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.. Joseph is past President and currently serving his second term as Chairman of the Taiwan Hotel and Motel Owners Association of Southern California. Joseph and Brighton Management not only have strong ties with the community; they are also long standing supporters and main sponsors of nonprofit organizations such as the Special Olympics and the McKinley Children's Center. Joseph also currently serves on Kern County's American Red Cross Board of Directors.
