Membership in CLIA is focused on the lodging property, with the owner or operator as its representative. For example, member property is:
City Hotel, John and Jane Doe, Owner/Operator
CLIA’s annual membership dues investment for lodging properties is based on room count with dues between $199 and $729.
Vacation Rental Members are companies that manage vacation rentals. Dues are $349.

Associate Member/Property Management
Vendors or management companies that provide products or services to lodging property and vacation rental management companies.
Restaurants, nightclubs, eating establishments, bars, etc.
Those directly affiliated with lodging properties. Must supply proof of affiliation via business card and valid email address.
Government or non-profit organizations that provide services to the tourism/hospitality industry.
Faculty/Student members are persons teaching or enrolled in a California accredited two-year or four-year degree program specific to hospitality management.
*Membership benefits include CLIA electronic communications only. Not eligible to vote, hold elective office or participate in CLIA’s programs/discount offers. Limited access to CLIA events.
